SFS F: AI-Oriented Ethics (Live Systems)
Assess fairness, transparency, accountability, and human oversight in operating AI systems and their interactions with users and other services.
Scope and boundaries
This set covers the declared use of a deployed AI system, communication of its limitations, monitoring of its behavior, review of harmful or biased outcomes, and routes for human intervention or redress. Questions should identify the operating context, affected users, review period, and observable evidence. Ethical criteria remain distinct from security conditions involving permissions, untrusted inputs, or system access. Training and predeployment evaluation belong to SFS E, and general event handling belongs to SFS 6.
The sixteen questions
Each SF position is one question. Both positions run from 0 to F.

From questions to a profile
Only reviewed, accepted 0/1 assessments can populate the sixteen-bit set profile. SF 0 is the most significant bit and SF F the least significant bit. The completed result uses four hexadecimal digits, including leading zeros. A catalog definition does not establish a completed assessment profile.
Read assessment and validation, then encoding. A set profile preserves individual answers; it is not a summed security score.
